The Ancestral Alchemist offers complementary wellness services, including but not limited to Reiki, sound healing, chakra and crystal work, and sacred ceremonies. These Services are rooted in ancestral and spiritual traditions and are intended to support relaxation, stress relief, and personal wellbeing.

These Services are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. • You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or psychological responses that may arise

• You release The Ancestral Alchemist, its practitioner(s), and any associated parties from any liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising from your participation in our Services

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about whether our Services are appropriate for you, please consult a licensed healthcare provider before booking.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Bookings: All sessions, ceremonies, and private bookings must be scheduled in advance through our designated booking system or by direct communication with The Ancestral Alchemist.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of payment and may affect your ability to book future sessions.

4. Free Resources and Email Communications

By downloading any free resource (including but not limited to guides, soundscapes, or other digital content) or signing up for our email list, you consent to receive email communications from The Ancestral Alchemist, including newsletters, updates, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email.

Free resources are provided for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio recordings (such as soundscapes), logos, and downloadable resources — is the property of The Ancestral Alchemist and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
