1. Policy Statement

This practice is dedicated to fostering an environment where every client feels safe, respected, valued, and empowered on their healing journey. As a solo practitioner, I believe that holistic wellness—including Sound Healing, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, and Crystal Healing—should be accessible, inclusive, and free from discrimination.

I am committed to treating all individuals with equal dignity and respect, celebrating diversity across all human identities, and actively working to remove barriers to care.

2. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all aspects of my practice, including:

• In-person sessions within my dedicated studio space.

• Mobile and travel services provided at client homes or venues.

• Digital communications, website content, social media, and administrative workflows.

• Interactions with clients, venue coordinates, and members of the public.

3. Commitment to Anti-Discrimination

Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion on any grounds will not be tolerated. I strictly prohibit discrimination based on protected characteristics, including but not limited to:

• Age

• Disability (physical, mental, or neurodivergent)

• Gender reassignment, gender identity, or expression

• Marriage or civil partnership status

• Pregnancy and maternity

• Race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin

• Religion, faith, or belief system

• Sex or sexual orientation

• Socio-economic background

4. Inclusive Practice Standards

To put these values into daily action, I commit to the following standards:

• Respectful and Inclusive Language: I will use inclusive, affirming language in all client communications. I honor and respect every individual's self-identified pronouns and chosen name.

• Accessible and Adaptable Care: I recognize that every body and mind is unique. I will actively adapt my healing modalities to accommodate diverse physical abilities, mobility limitations, neurodivergence, or sensory sensitivities (e.g., adjusting the volume of sound tools, altering crystal layouts, or modifying the height or positioning of the treatment table).

• Culturally Sensitive Space: I respect the diverse cultural backgrounds and spiritual paths of my clients. Holistic sessions are delivered without judgment, proselytization, or cultural imposition.

• Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech or Harassment: Just as I commit to honoring my clients, clients are expected to uphold these values under our Code of Conduct. Any discriminatory or hateful language directed at the practitioner or others during a session will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.

5. Continuous Learning and Growth

As a holistic practitioner, I acknowledge that inclusion requires ongoing self-reflection and learning. I commit to regularly reviewing my practice habits, intake forms, and physical setups to identify and dismantle any unconscious biases or barriers to inclusivity.
