So much of what people carry — the fatigue that sleep doesn't touch, the tightness that won't unclench, the heaviness with no clear cause — is simply what the body has been asked to hold onto because there was never a safe enough moment to let it go. This work offers that moment. Slowly. Gently. Without force.
And not everything you carry started with you. Some of it traveled — through blood, through silence, through generations who survived by holding their breath so you could eventually exhale. You don't have to map every inch of where it came from. You only have to make room for it to finally move.
When the nervous system softens its grip, something in you remembers it is allowed to rest. From that rest comes clarity you didn't have to chase. A steadiness that doesn't depend on whether the day went well or badly.
Aligning with what is bigger than you — the moon's pull, the seasons turning — reminds your body that it was never meant to do this work alone. You are not separate from the rhythm of things. You are part of it.
What follows tends to be quiet but real: steadier moods, sharper focus, a body that finally feels like shelter instead of struggle.

We gather in circle — releasing what has reached its peak and is finally ready to fall away, while calling in what you're ready to receive. This is ceremony in its oldest form: women gathering beneath the moon, the way women have for as long as there have been moons to gather beneath.
