If your experience in my studio or during a mobile session did not meet your expectations, I want to hear from you. Your feedback is vital to maintaining the high standards of my practice.

2. The Resolution Process

Once your complaint is received, I follow a strict timeline to ensure it is handled fairly:

• Acknowledgment (Within 48 Hours): I will confirm receipt of your complaint within two business days and let you know that I am reviewing the details.

• Review and Investigation (Within 7 Days): I will carefully review your session records, intake forms, and the details of your message. If necessary, I may request a brief phone call with you to clarify any points.

• Formal Response (Within 14 Days): You will receive a written response outlining the steps taken to resolve the issue, which may include adjustments to future session protocols, policy clarifications, or goodwill remedies where appropriate.

3. Professional Standards and Insurance

I hold myself to the highest professional and ethical standards. My practice is fully covered by professional liability insurance via beYogi (Insurance Plus). If a complaint involves a serious safety incident or injury that cannot be resolved directly between us, it will be escalated to my insurance provider in accordance with their policy terms.

All complaints are treated with absolute discretion. Your feedback, personal details, and wellness records will remain strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by legal, insurance, or professional association mandates.
